FLIGHT TRAVEL
Do I have to take it off at the airport? Not at all! You can wear real gold jewelry through security without having any issues, and you will not be required to remove it during security screening. Costume jewelry may sound the alarm if it contains magnetic metals like iron, nickel, and cobalt.
MRI / SURGERY
Consult your doctor to see if you are required to remove your permanent jewelry during your MRI.
If your doctor requires you to take off your jewelry for your MRI, you can always bring your piece back in so we can re-bond if for a small fee of $20.
*Not recommended for those with a gold sensitivity or pacemaker installed.
REPAIRS
We ensure the welded jewelry is secure before you exit your appointment. Just because House of Eberstein pieces are designed to last, does not mean they're unbreakable. If you need to remove your permanent jewelry or it comes off for any reason, you're welcome to bring it into our studio to rework it.
- All reworked jewelry has a $10-$20 service fee for small repairs.

If your chain has been damaged, a new piece may need to be purchased. If the chain needs to be reworked, We will charge 1/2 the cost of the original price you paid. We can not make chain longer once it is cut, so to lenghten chain would require a new chain.
