Shipping policy

Many of our items will be made to order. Product production can take up to 15 business days in the case we are waiting for materials for your order to arrive. Shipping time will be additional to production period. If your item has not come in 20 or more business days and you are concerned that the item is lost or is out of stock and have not heard from us. Please contact us at hello@houseofeberstein.com so we can correct the issue. There is no return or refund policy on items that are delayed, if there is an issue we will help to correct it with you directly. If the material to make the product, is out of stock, we may refund you or offer equal exchange.
