Book us for a private event!
How it works:
1. Email us at hello@houseofeberstein.com with event details including the time, date, event type, and the number of guests you expect to attend the event. Please note that we require a minimum of 6 guests and a minimum of $500 total spend.
2. Once we review the email inquiry, we will email back with a confirmation of availability and will schedule a call to discuss further details necessary to make your event unforgettable!
3. Once details are confirmed, we will get your event booked in our calendar. $100 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your event. Your deposit will be deducted from from your total at the date of service. If you need to reschedule please email us at hello@houseofeberstein.com within 72 hours before the event.
Cancellations, & Travel Fees
Cancellations: Please cancel or reschedule within 72 hours of the event so we're able to make arrangements with staff. Any cancellations done later than 72 hours prior to the event will be charged an additional $50 cancellation fee. You can reschedule by reaching us via email or phone call at (512) 551-2051.
Travel fees: There will be a $50 travel fee if the event is 25 miles outside of the downtown Austin area.
Set Up:
We can bring our own set up (table & chairs) or we can use yours! We will bring our machines, tools, glasses and chains to the event. Let us know your preferences via email or phone call while booking the event with us.
FAQ'S:
Should I expect extra fees outside of the price of the chain?
There will be a sitting fee for each chain that is welded. We charge an addition $20 for Anklets on top of the sitting fee and chain, this is due to extra material being used. An additional $30 for necklaces on top of the sitting fee and chain fee, this is due to extra material being used.
How long does it take a permanent Bracelet/ Anklet/ Necklace?
Each session is about 15-20 mins long. Once you pick your chain, we'll size it for the perfect fit, then we welded it for you.
What happens if my permanent bracelet falls off?
Permanent Jewelry is meant to be worn forever, but we understand, things happen. If your bracelet does fall off, we are more than happy to re-weld your bracelet or anklet for free within the first 30 days. After 30 days we charge a $20 re-weld fee. Please bring in your original chain and receipt so we can help you out.
Can I remove my permanent bracelet if I need to?
Yes! You can easily cut your permanent bracelet or anklet off with a pair of household scissors if you need to.
Is the zap safe? Can it burn or shock me?
Absolutely not! Our signature laser lock spark is totally safe and cannot harm your wrist or skin in anyway.
What if I like to take my jewelry off and don't want it to be permanent?
No problem! for the same cost we will add a clasp to your jewelry giving you the option to remove your jewelry when you like.
Is there an age minimum to get permanents jewelry?
The age minimum for permanent bracelets is 3 years old. Anyone younger a clasp will be added.
