  2.  Select from a variety of chains and charms.
  3.  We'll inspect the chain to verify the weld is secure, chain is not broken and sizing is good.
  4.  Checkout and pay! So quick and simple.

 

FAQ

 

FLIGHT TRAVEL

Do I have to take it off at the airport? Not at all! You can wear real gold jewelry through security without having any issues, and you will not be required to remove it during security screening. Costume jewelry may sound the alarm if it contains magnetic metals like iron, nickel, and cobalt.

 

MRI / SURGERY

Consult your doctor to see if you are required to remove your permanent jewelry during your MRI.

If your doctor requires you to take off your jewelry for your MRI, you can always bring your piece back in so we can re-bond if for a small fee of $10.

*Not recommended for those with a gold sensitivity or pacemaker installed.

 

PERMANENT ANKLETS & NECKLACES 

Please note anklets and necklaces are more likely to get snagged, stretch or break. We typically recommend selected chains for anklets to assure a stronger fit to withstand the location of the ankle. Necklaces are offered in all of our chains. Wear at your own risk, House of Eberstein Jewelry is not liable for lost chains.

 

 

OUR PERMANENT POLICIES 

 

48 HOUR

• House of Eberstein Jewelry is not liable for lost chains. If you lose your bracelet within 48 hours of purchasing it, please contact us in-person, by phone, or via email  (hello@houseofeberstein.com) within 48 hours of your purchase. Have your receipt available to be considered eligible for a partial store credit or a discounted replacement.

 

15 DAY

• If your chain breaks due to a weld issue within 15 days, come in for a free repair. Your  receipt & chain are required to be present at the time of your repair.

 

30 DAY

• We do not offer refunds on permanent jewelry but in certain circumstances, we may offer a store credit for purchases made and returned undamaged within 30 days.

 

LOST ITEM

Any lost chains outside of the 48 hour window are not eligible for credit or replacement of any kind. 

 

REPAIRS, EXCHANGES, RETURNS & ADJUSTMENTS

We offer delicate chains for their minimalist style and everyday wear. While designed to last, they can break with rough use. House of Eberstein Jewelry is not liable for broken product due to wear.

• If your bracelet stretches or breaks at anytime, we offer to re-weld it for $10. Delicate chains that are old or worn may not meet requirements for new weld.

• House of Eberstein Jewelry is not responsibility for jewelry damaged as a result of rough handling.
